Perfect delivery and on time!
Arrived on time exactly when it was supposed to and was in great condition, packed carefully to avoid damage. All I had to do was pop it in. I received instructions with it as to how to recycle my old cartridge via UPS, so I have done that. Everything was perfect and my old Canon copier now works perfectly again! Thank you, 24/7 Toner! My experience with your product and its delivery couldn't have been better.

poor delivery
No problem with the product. The delivery of product was poor! Left inside door of a business plaza for anyone to take. Luckily a man found it and asked around as to where it was supposed to be delivered.

Disappointed in Packaging and Care of It
When the product was delivered, I was shocked. The box apparently had been sitting in water. The delivery person insisted that I open the box in his presence so he could document the appearance and terrible condition of the box . I held my breath for fear that the toner cartridge too was damaged. The product was very expensive, and I really needed it. Thankfully it was packaged in a sealed plastic bag, and the contents were fine. The product met my expectations. I'm not sure that I'll order through Walmart anymore.
