Frustrating
All the plants I bought through you died and Walmart is giving me a hard time and not giving my money back even though you and I had talked and you said that you were gonna tell Walmart to go ahead and give my money back so I don't know what the heck happened. Did you not call them? Did they not call you? Doesn't anybody communicate? It disintegrated into the pond so I can't give you pictures. It's just a little pieces of green and brown in the water and it's all over and I don't know what belongs to what but certainly doesn't look like the plant that used to look like.

Poor packaging for live aquatic plants.
Arrived without being encased in any moisture/water etc. Roots exposed to the air.Yellow leaves.
