Bag of Fun
This is a great tool to assist me with my body weight exercises. I use it to add intensity and creativity to my squats and lunges. I like the soft affect of the bag filling. Great for kettlebell snatches, swings, etc. I'll probably be adding other weights and some of them in duplicate so I can use two of them at a time.
