CAP Barbell Cast Iron Competition Weight Kettlebell, 35lbs

I am a retired senior citizen, buying this kettlebell for home gym use. I purchased this kettlebell upon my Physical Therapist's recommendation, to help improve my full-body strength, muscle development, endurance, flexibility and core stability. As a versatile and effective workout option, it engages multiple muscle groups simultaneously, promoting overall strength. I'm 70, and as I swing this kettlebell, my coordination and muscles are being activated from head to toe, while also enhancing my functional strength. As per my PT, this is a low impact exercise option that helps reduce strain on my joints. It also improves my grip strength. Kettlebell exercising mimics real life movements, improving functional fitness and mobility, while minimizing my risk of injury. It is durable and made from a single piece of cast iron, ensuring long lasting use without breaking. It is versatile and space-efficient, making it ideal for home workouts. It features a thicker handle which my PT said I needed because I'm working on my grip strength, plus a smooth finish which is easy to wipe clean after use.

This 44 lb CAP cast iron kettlebell is excellent quality and exactly what I was looking for. The weight is accurate, and the cast iron feels very solid and durable. The handle is smooth and comfortable to grip, and it provides good control for swings, squats, and strength exercises. It feels well balanced and stable on the floor when not in use. Great value for the price and perfect for home workouts. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to build strength or add heavier kettlebell training to their routine.

This is a nice little kettle bell. Perfect size for warming up my tired old body to keep me injury free. CAP has really upped their game with this quality line of kettle bells. If I didn't already have favorites for working out I would definitely consider more of these. Walmart is a great place to get work out equipment. I keep coming back.

When I don't have time to go to the gym, I love having this weight at home. The handle is just like the one at the gym and I can finish my sets easier.

This is a decently priced kb. The older ladies like this weight, it's easier for them to carry and swing than the thicker handled ones. Not perfect, but it works for what we need.

These do what they are supposed to do at a much lower cost than you'll find anywhere else. They were half the price of other stores such as dicks. I would recommend purchasing these

Probably should have went lighter , but it's perfect. Will be a nice piece of equipment with tons of different exercises I can use it for.

Basic 35lb kettlebell. The painted finish is not the best and the handle and general casting are kind of rough. For the price it is a great deal.
