it's very well constructed heavy duty compared to the Ace wraps that you get from the drugstore. definitely more colorful stylish and seems like it would last a lot longer.

These" Knee Wraps" are just what I needed to help me achieve my exercise goals. They give FIRM support and I can adjust them for my personal needs. They are also easy to apply. I highly recommend them.

The compression the BAP Knee Wrap helps me think about how my knee joint feels as I exercise. I'm more cautious. It feels like it keeps the tendons and ligaments from moving and stretched too much.

I think sleeves might be better bc they don't slip off or come untied

The wraps roll when you squat down or bend your knee so you have to readjust frequently. For the price they aren't bad though.

I've got nothing against these wraps since they're and cheap reliable option but if you plan on going to lifting meets I wouldn't recommend bcuz they're too soft you'd be better off paying for inzers knee wraps that will last you years, and they also are two diff lengths, when I got mines one wrap is abt 2-3 inches longer than the other so getting a consistent wrapping before your lifts throws it off
