this belt is a super belt and is well made and really works good for if you have lower back problems and need a little bit of support i highly recommend this belt to people how have lower back (Lombard/pelvises area) problems

Honestly seems like very good quality especially considering the price point. My main issue was that I could not get the buckle to the hole that I needed it on because of the amount of room that the padding on this belt takes up. However, the main thing that I would warn others of is that I could not get this thing off of me no matter how tight / loose it was. I have seen reviews for lifting belts before where people talk about not being able to get them off and I had always wondered what those people were talking about. Now I know first hand what they meant. Once it is on and tightened, the level of difficulty to get it off becomes even greater than the level of difficulty of the lift you just did, which is the last thing you want after a tough rep, set, etc. Again, it seems like very good quality and the price point is great, but I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
