RDX Weight Lifting Hooks with Wrist Strap Support for Deadlifts, Pull Ups, Powerlifting, Heavy Lifting, Gym Workout, Grip Strength Training, Non-Slip Hook Wraps for Men and Women Gym Support

Well, I had a stroke and I can't move my left side so I bought this to help me lift weights and it really helps a lot even help me carry stuff I really like it and when I seen it I bought it right away so thank you also you could have a better curve on the hook but it's a great material

Wanted to get more into lifting so I got these to help my grips with pull-ups and hanging ab exercises and it was a great call. I can do way more reps even after my hands would normally give out. Great addition to the gym bag especially if you have a long workout and your grips aren't doing what they need to do.

I'm a former competitive bodybuilder back in the 70's and 80's. I've been weightlifting for the past 50 years. The RDX Pro Weight Lifting Hook with wrist strap support is by far the best product I have ever used in all my years of weight lifting.

Product will last a long time. Grip become a non-factor. Equals more gains.

Strong, and has good grip; good for weight lifting, pull ups. Helped relieve the pain on injured finger while workouts - shifts the weight to wristband, and across the hand. The hook has non-slip coating, which is a plus. Velcro band tightens around wrist and secures it tight. Would recommend.

So far, so good! I just received them today in time for my afternoon workout. I sustained an injury to my arm last week, making it difficult to grip or hold much weight. I used them today to hold 50 lbs dumbbells for rows along with some other movements, and they worked great. There was no strain on my injured arm at all while lifting. I will still have to test them with heavy deadlifts.

I wasn't sure about these, it took a few times to get used to them but I like them.

I read some reviews of this and others before I got them and I was a little hesitant and skeptical. I was guessing and hoping these were good. I usually don't want to go with the cheapest nor the most expensive...all I'm looking for is for them to perform as advertised. if they do that and the quality is good, then no complaints. I workout at a small gym and I just leave them there so anyone can use them if they'd like. I have no complaints...and have heard no complaints. I'm 215lbs...and I'm not bouncing up and down. just hanging. I don't go for more than 2 minutes...and I do get them tight enough to provide support. they do leave a mark...but they are supporting my body weight, so that pretty much what I expected. they are absolutely doing what I needed them to do and I have no complaints.

i like the support they provided while lifting.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered this product and it never arrived. Walmart did process a refund. so not order from this item. should have ordered from Amazon.
