They help!
I work at a computer all day and often get hand cramps from typing. I've learned that if I use these for a few minutes several times a day they help strengthen and relieve the tension in my hands. I definitely recommend.

Not 5 star only because the grip design should be angled away from plates for access instead of up against them.

oops wrong thing
I bought these for OT on my hands. looks like I bought the wrong thing the black plastic (what I thought were hand grips) AREN'T AT ALL. They are too slippery to hold and squeeze.
