Nice belt for and even better considering the price. Have used it a couple times since purchase and feels solid. Even the metal rings attached to belt are full rings with no cut in middle (had experience with other belts bending at the connection rings between belt and chain). Very solid design, would highly recommend.
Confortable belt, the chains are perfect to connect the weights. The belt and chain connection is durable and resistant for daily training.
This workout belt is great for doing weighted dips. It doesn't cinch around your waist, but instead relies on weight on the chain to keep it tightened. There are better value belts out there, but this is a high quality belt nonetheless.
It's perfect. Well built and strong. The chain is long enough. You're supposed to wrap the chain through the other side THEN put it through the plate and reattach it. A few other brands that I was looking at didn't have a long enough chain. it would have been a really uncomfortable issue and probably would have jaded people to the idea of the belt. Five stars!
I was using a vest first but even 40 pounds was far too uncomfortable. With this belt I can pull 90 pounds far more comfortably and I don't see how I could do the same with a vest. My waist gets a little reddish but the strain from wearing the belt is not the limiting factor
liked the chain and belt. everything stays where its supposed to.
pretty good little belt for the price works very well I only use 25 lb I haven't went more than that yet but it feels like it's going to hold up
The belt arrived right on time. Sturdy. Comfortable. What more could I have asked for. This belt has taken my dip game to another level

The Belt itself seems fine. The chain is way too short! You'll have to get a longer chain to use this. Disappointed. I'll have to purchase a chain for this to make it work
