Very surprised at the quality of this u ring attachment. It's definitely heavy duty and feels secure to use. I've been able to incorporate resistance band training into my routine with this. Very happy with this purchase and highly recommend.

Works as expected and fits most of my barbells. Just make sure they're 2__quote__ barbells and you'll be fine. It looks well made so I'm expecting them to last a while.

Sturdy handles with good grip that fit snuggly and feel secure when you put all your weight on them. Happy I pulled the trigger on these. Nice to add dips into my routine.

Really happy with the range of motion and it helps with my workouts depending on what I want to focus on. I highly recommend these if you have the barbell holder accessory to use it with.

We had a power from sunny in our fitness room and the dip bars are a great new addition, very sturdy. Looking forward to adding more accessories and fully trust what sunny has and will come up with in the future.

I'm happy with the pulley and I'm glad I bought it. My only issue with it is the swing of the plate(s). I'm trying to think of a way to keep it from swinging back and forth like a pendulum. Maybe some crossstraps or resistance bands that don't interfere with the plates? I'm doing my best to keep it from swinging by going as slow as possible. I'd still recommend it even with the tendency for it to swing like a pendulum.

For the cost, it's effective and a great value. Easily adjustable between hi and low positions, and adding extra plates is easy. Would purchase as an addition to power rack again.
