ProsourceFit Dip Stand Station Body Press Bar with Safety Connector

Much better than the first one I waisted money on. The first one was good quality but too one and not adjustable for the width which is definitely needed. After using the first too wide one for awhile I started to get intense odd pains under my ribcage. I ended up finding out that if you perform dips at to wide they will tear the muscles attached to your ribcage. So, I have to take that one to Goodwill now and I bought this one with two adjustable width bars. And it is great. I have wide shoulders even but the first one was ridiculously wide so I do not know how anyone can use those. Now I am able to do dips and bring them in perfectly to the right, safe and healthy width.

This piece of equipment has become part of my daily routine for calisthenics and general strength training, i would like a way to connect the other side of the dip station to make it that much more steady. Other than that it works perfectly, I'm approximately 170 lbs and it only flexes slightly when i use it.

Hello, I am a Walmart Sparks Reviewer and I am doing a review on the Prosource Fit Dip Station with the Safety Connector, which came in a beautiful red color. The assembly was very easy to setup. The instructions were clear and precise. It took me about 30 to 45 minutes to assemble the entire station. I love those easy to grip pads which are located on the bars. These grip pads make it easier for me to hold on to the bars without slipping while I am doing my exercise routines. Perfect! What I love best about this dip station is that it gives me that proper balance when I am exercising, and it doesn't move. The bars are very sturdy, and the weight is phenomenal which allows me to move freely when I'm exercising. I would also like to make a suggestion, and that is to keep the instruction manual. It has several exercise practice routines to get you started to work out on the dip station. There is absolutely nothing that I dislike about the Prosource Fit Dip Station with the Safety Connector. I just love that it is a great way to help me stay fit, and I love it!

Dip exercise is one the best exercises for your chest, arms, and core so I got this dip stand station since I don't have much available space in my basement. This is very sturdy and stable dip stand station. Having said that, I do think the bar handle was too thick. I wish it was think in the handle area so I can actually make tighter and strong grip. The handle was too thick and wide for me, and it was definitely too thick for my wife and teenager kids to use so unfortunately I had to return this back. If you are a big person with big hands, this may work for you but I suggest that you look for something else that has normal handle grip where you can actually wrap you entire hand around it.
