ProsourceFit Dip Stand Station Body Press Bar with Safety Connector

Much better than the first one I waisted money on. The first one was good quality but too one and not adjustable for the width which is definitely needed. After using the first too wide one for awhile I started to get intense odd pains under my ribcage. I ended up finding out that if you perform dips at to wide they will tear the muscles attached to your ribcage. So, I have to take that one to Goodwill now and I bought this one with two adjustable width bars. And it is great. I have wide shoulders even but the first one was ridiculously wide so I do not know how anyone can use those. Now I am able to do dips and bring them in perfectly to the right, safe and healthy width.

This piece of equipment has become part of my daily routine for calisthenics and general strength training, i would like a way to connect the other side of the dip station to make it that much more steady. Other than that it works perfectly, I'm approximately 170 lbs and it only flexes slightly when i use it.

This item literally was ordered 3 months ago and it NEVER shipped. It has been in delivery mode for three months and Walmart is refusing to give me a refund on this item until it arrives! I will never buy anything from Walmart again, given this poor business behavior.
