I found the experience and the product to be absolutely perfect. I had moved and small issue concerning shipping addresses had gotten tangled up in the system. These guys were unswerving at making sure that I received everything. The parallette bars are exactly as described. And the customer service was purely excellent!!

Product as advertised and is very sturdy, will last a long time.

I'm a huge fan of the product!!|The only problem is that it arrived scratched. All four corners were severely damaged. It doesn't affect the efficiency in the grand scheme of things, but it does when you buy something new. At the very least, you want it to look fine.|I'd also suggest gluing the rubber feet caps on because they won't fall off when you're using it, but they could fall off while moving or transporting it.|I really like it, and I'm looking forward to progress using this.

Wiggles a bunch and because of that forces your angle slightly wider which would likely cause injury if you don't adjust for it. The wiggling is indicative of either a bad design or poor manufacturing quality. Either way it's better than nothing but not worth the money. If it was $10 at a garage sale it would be borderline worth the money

it was rusty in two weeks
