My husband and I both agree that this is a really durable weight bench; it is made from heavy-duty steel. I can see this bench lasting us for a very long time. It was easy to set up, and the pads are comfortable to lay on. We like that it is beginner-friendly. Although this bench doesn't come with weights, it makes a great workout bench and looks stylish in our gym. Its 500-pound weight capacity is another feature we appreciate. Overall, a fantastic bench; we will be getting the weights for it soon.
The leg press bench was very easy to assemble. It took my nephew approximately 1 hour to get it all put together. The directions were clear and easy to follow. All the screws were labeled and easy to find what you needed. The pictures in the directions were also very helpful. Once he got it all together, it is a very solid and easy to use bench for him.
Hi, I received this as a review item and it’s great! Doesn’t take up to much room love the fact that it’s black because it won’t show it gets dirty although I love to clean my stuff often! Box was kind of heavy easy to assemble. As you see you can work out legs and also lift of weights. Very easy to use and just in time for winter work out! Go gets your and let’s get in shape!
I'm not good at assembly, so I paid someone to do this for me. Don't take that to mean it's hard to do; just take it to mean that I'm not handy! Let me tell you, this bench is everything you need. Of course, you'll need to add a barbell and some plates for lifting and for leg lifts, but it's so worth it. It's not usually the type of equipment I'd have at home, but I'm so glad I have it. It's very well made, and it's beautiful to look at. I set it up in a room we seldom use so that I can pop in whenever I'd like. It's great, and you should get one. :)
This bench was very easy to assemble and even though I knew the dimensions it seemed smaller to me which works well because I have a small space. What I really liked about it is that it has the leg press. There are so many more options for a core work out with it, also good for the calves. The bench is definitely sturdy and I would recommend it!
My grandson is just starting to work with weights. The bench was easy to set up - had to get a few barbells for use with it. My daughter has been using it as well. She had an old bench that had seen better days - so they sre both very pleased with thus one. It moves easily and they both say it is cery comfortable- even given differences in their height. It may not be right for a long time hard core trainer- but it’s perfect for all the rest who just want a decent reliable bench. I would recommend
I soooo wanted to like this. It just doesn’t feel comfortable because of how narrow the area between the bar is. The leg press is good, but so close to the floor you have to squeeze your feet under. It’s awkward. Maybe this set would be better suited for a teenager. Wasn’t too difficult to put together. Decent construction.
This review is for a CAP weight bench with a leg press. The paperwork says it supports 500 pounds including the user. This did not come with weights, the bar and plates must be bought separately. It seems a little narrow but I am a bigger person so I understand that I need to balance my midline all the way down. Hopefully this is sturdy enough to handle some rocking and struggling as I am a beginner and I am sure it won’t be pretty.
I did not like that when I was working out, the pieces that should protect you from having an accident, got disengaged and almost crush my chest. I tried to see if I put those parts together the wrong way but I had it right.
The safty latches are a nuisance and comes off almost everytime i use it. I just taped them down so I can lift without breaking my concentration and fighting to get the bar off my chest! it causes more trouble than its worth having them unattached to the frame somehow.
