CAP Strength Deluxe Adjustable FID Bench, Assorted Finishes

Bench is built pretty well and easy enough to assemble. I wish it was a bit longer as it lacks support for the head in upright positions. I am not sure if other benches have configurable leg rests but that might also be tight or small for some people

Bought this for my husband and he said it is a great piece of equipment for the money ...very happy with it...said it is especially good for doing sit ups....he is about 240 lbs...love the small footprint so it doesn't take up too much room

Better than expected. I am six feet tall and fits my workouts.

The bench is easy to put together. Nice bench for the money. A little rickety on carpet, I am sure it would be more solid if placed on floor. I wish they had made the front end support same as the back which is solid and flat - that would have made the bench a lot more sturdy regardless of where you placed it for use.

This is a small, affordable bench. It works well for home use. We use It to lift barbells in front of the tv. It's lightweight, which makes it easy to move in the middle of a workout. It's not very sturdy for larger people and/or larger weights. It has nice padding.

it's crooked and twisted. I feel like I'm going to fall to the left because it's twisted to the left.

This is the worst thing I have ever put together in my life. The instructions doesn't make sense. The diagram doesn't make sense. There's no videos on the Internet to help you put it together. It is extremely wobbly the screws don't fit enough and it is not stable for working out I doubt I myself weighing 130 LB will even be able to use this sorry excuse for a bench

Wrong bolts, nothing fits, a complete nightmare. You call CS and nobody answers. Save yourself the headache of returning this to the store for a refund and buy any other bench.

Parts were missing from this weight bench. The parts I am missing are: Part number 12 knob, Part number 31 L Shaped Lock Pin, and Parts number 34 U Shaped Sleeves.
