Nice bench especially for the price. It's lightweight and quite sturdy, and isn't too low to the ground. I would recommend to anyone looking for a flat bench.

It's light weight, easy to assemble and strong enough for me to do all my intended exercises. You don't need a lot of expensive complicated equipment that take up a lot of room. I bought this bench and two 25lb dumbbells and I'm off to a great start.

Perfect little bench for lifting weights. Easy to assemble and light enough to pick up and store when not in use. Excellent option for the price.

My 10 year old & I put the bench together with no issues. It is sturdy (I'm 150 lbs) and looks nice in my living room. Way better than trying to use my dining room chair for ab work.

It took me less than 30 minutes to assemble the bench out of the box using the Allen Wrench provided. The most difficult part was releasing the screws from the plastic shrink wrap. The bench is sturdy. No wobbling when doing crunches or flat flys. Buy it, you'll like it too.

Bench is strong and virtually untippable. Seat cushion was great at first but soon wore out. The 'leather' is like new but after less than a month the cushion is worn out. I use the bench for doing free weights and extended range of motion sit-ups. I wish it had a higher grade foam. I did the best I could to take pictures to show how the middle lengthwise the cushion foam is virtually gone. I'll probably have it reupholstered with a professional grade foam. I got to admit, other than the cushion, this is as good as a professional bench except for that.

Good product but on delivery I opened my package and I had no nuts bolts washers nothing . So for this reason I'm not highly rating this but after the trip to the hardware store it works great.
