Excellent quality product, very strong and well built!

We bought this tent for street fairs and festivals with our Italian Ice business. We've used it a full year now and it's great. Got caught in a pretty strong storm at one event and it held up well. It's far easier to put up than a lot of other tents we watch people struggling with, too. We bought the side panels but have yet to use them. They are rather difficult to attach and adjust the length from top to bottom. Overall, this is a really good item.

Love this awning! We use our over a 16' pool to keep the kids in the shade. Easy to put up, move and take down.

This pop up will be used for race track shade and will be subject to wind and dust. Putting this up in the wind will require two people. The quality is very good and seems heavy duty enough for my commercial use. Time will tell. Its new now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This canopy is the perfect shade for a community or farmers market event. It provides strong sturdy and wide coverage. It has a very heavy steel (70 lbs) frame which requires multiple people for setup.

The heavier weight canopy is really nice and orth the money. The carrying case with the wheels is another story. The wheels literally fell apart the very first time we pulled the canopy across the ball field parking lot. When I called Hayneedle they said the case for this canopy is just a generic brand their supplier provides, but they do carry a separate higher quality carrying case. We decided to just modify the frame with wheels and bungie the canopy closed. So be aware that the case most likely won't withstand any long distance hauling. Hayneedle did give us a discount on our total though - which was unexpected and much appreciated!

I sell custom jewelery and I am all over South Florida at craft shows and special events. When i first received my canopy the bag with the sticks were missing but I called CS and they shipped it to me right away. I do my own set up and it was very easy to set up the only issue was its a little heavy but setting it up took me 5 min .

Overall ok canopy. The frame is sturdy but a bit heavy with nice pull pins. The top is very very thin compared to caravans usual tops. Comes with no bag!

I have mixed feelings about the canopy I ordered. It took a little longer than I had expected, almost 2 weeks to arrive. And it was not in perfect condition. A couple of the cross bars are dented- not really bent, but with dents on the outside. The packaging was not damaged, so I conclude someone else must have returned it and it was repackaged and sent to me. But it was still fully functional, and it had taken some time to get it. I needed it right away, so rather than send it back I decided to keep it. Also, this canopy has replacable parts so if those crossbars give me trouble in the future, I can repalce them. My decision I know, but it does make me less enthusiastic about the product I paid about $200 for (conting tax). Otherwise, the canopy is relatively easy to set up, but I would be unable to do it without my daughter's help. I have heard great things about the canopy's duribility, so time will tell.

I don't know how good or bad the canopy is............but customer service is not good. We ordered this tent. Took it out of the box and stood it up, and then noticed that one of the legs was dented/damaged. Sent a email to customer service and it said they would reply within 48 hours. Received nothing. After 72 hours returned the whole thing to the store. Which was not easy as the box is very very heavy.
