Carbon Gray, Varathane Premium Fast Dry Wood Stain-304559, Quart

Very thin so be careful when opening the container so not to spill. It reminds me off white washing but easy to use and buildable.

I have used this product before and it seems to be good coverage and I have learned when I put a second coat on it darkens it up quite a bit which may make the color you pick darker than appears on the can

Took time to get the right color I was looking for from this stain. But that's on me Redid an old rundown kitchen counter top. After 3 attempts of using something diffrent which did not work out I decided to try this stain. After getting it perfected I love it !! I wiped the stain much sooner to get a lighter look so looks gray with black specks. Was a lot of fun

It is a beautiful color and an easy to use stain! It is pretty dark so make sure this is color you want before buying. But I'm very happy with the color and how well it goes on.

This stuff is good but MESSSSSSY. I used sponge brushes. Make sure they shake the can for you. You cannot shake it enough yourself. Covers well and love the color for my new deck.

My wall is varnished and looking greyt!

liked the concentration of the stain

Varathane is the best stain

Love the med grey shade of this stain,no blue tint either. Looks great on my deck shelves I've made. With the wood conditioner it applies evenly also. I Recommend both the stain and the conditioner!!

Not at all like the color as depicted in the majority of the photos. There is no brown tone at all. It is completely a dark gray stain. I cannot give it any more ratings on use because I have to return it. It arrived previously used and the can was rusted.
