Carefree Panty Liners, Extra Long, Unscented (93 Count)

This product is the best I have found for protection, comfort and value. The length is more comfortable than shorter pads and stays in place. This particular packaging is the most thrifty with 93 liners and they are individually wrapped, easy to fit in your purse or pocket. I have been buying this product for a long time and recommend it highly. And what's more, you can arrange for WALMART to deliver it.

One day, someone is going to design a thin liner that is long enough. This one is better than most when it comes to length, but another inch - or even half inch - would be great. Apparently, designers think that a pad only needs to be long AND thick... I do like the thinness and they are comfy. I gots these and some of the Kotex U liners to see which one had the better "long" length. These win. These are almost as long as Poise's extra long pad. These stick to my undies and I have not had the problem of them twisting or bunching up. This one is almost 9 inches roughly - the ruler shows 9 but I'm only including the part that is actually lined. And that is awesome for a liner. So far, this is something that might be able to replace my Poise pads which tend to bunch.

I would say these are good liners and they're long. I wouldn't use these when first starting my period because I need more coverage for my high flow. However I do enjoy these when I'm starting to come off my period or spotting. I also think they come with a good amount. Womens hygiene products are pretty pricey but I would definitely buy these on sale. Thank you again influencer.

These are not what is pictured in the photo, the ones i received are the "new" style and they are terrible! They don't stick, they come in a white wrap, not pink and they're thinner. I was hoping to get the ones in the pink wrap as was shown in the photo but they weren't and now I'm stuck with the crappy ones that don't work.

Placed my order for shipping however it was delivered from store in a sealed bag with a few other items. However the panty liner package was opened and clearly taped shut and it looks like it's missing about a third of a row. Not cool Walmart- do better!

What have you done to these pantiliners, Carefree? As of the package I received in Dec.2025, they have been changed. They do not stick AT ALL!! So annoying to have them shift around in my panties, and as a result, not do their job. They don’t just unstick after a few hours, they hardly stick right when you put them on! You also changed the packaging, which I am okay with, probably to save money, maybe less waste. But not if they no longer stick, then what’s the point? I have been buying these faithfully for years, now I guess it is time to try another brand. That sticks.

This wasn't what I ordered! They sent me a different model that I don't need. I don't know why they'd dare send a product with different features. I don't need this. just don't send it if you don't have it!

I've worn Carefree liners daily for YEARS. The last 3 packs (92 count) I purchased were terrible because the adhesive no longer sticks, and that's from the moment I put the liner on. Before I can even pull my undies up, the liner is dancing, then bunching and scrunching. The new design is a bust. I thought maybe I got a bad batch, but no. This is the new normal. I just opened a new pack, and it's the same problem. I'm not forcing myself to deal with this for the next couple of months. I'm now searching for a reliable replacement.

This liner has changed. It no longer sticks in place to the underwear. I will not purchase this again unless it goes back to the original product that I have used for years.

This is not the same product that was purchased prior to December of 2025. The plastic borders were blue, and they actually stick to the cloth of the underwear. These do not. These have white borders. They bunch up and slide out of place. These are absolutely terrible and NOT the same design. The size is the same, so that's okay. They're not comfortable, they slide. Protection is substantially less with the sliding mentioned above. Ease of use doesn't really matter, since the product is pretty much useless now.
