Carex Sitz Bath for Over-the-Toilet, Made for Hemorrhoidal Relief, 2.1 Quart Basin

When I took this out of the box, I was worried because it seemed so large and it was round, while my toilet is oval. It definitely didn't fit on the seat, but when I lifted the seat up, it fit just fine on the ceramic bowl part. While it's not extremely sturdy plastic, it is sufficient. It does have a drain opening in the front and in the back, so you'll need to be careful, or water will end up on the floor from the front drain. Other than that, I have no complaints. I did not use the squeeze bag that came with it.

It worked great for what it's for, the only downfall is that if you over fill it water leaks other than that it well made for its purpose. Color is light pink. Based on Shipping for some reason it was not put in a shipping box they shipped and delivered in its original box which I was not happy about.

This isn't made for fat people. While comfortable to sit on, it didn't drain properly for me so instead of overflow going out where it was supposed to, it splashed out the front. I have so much water on my bathroom floor now. The bag leaks heavily and is difficult to manage without dedicated medical equipment. By the time water gets through the tube to the sitz bath it's cold. It was extremely comfortable to sit on at the very least and I really wish I could continue using it on that basis.

It arrived with a box that had brown ripped open at both ends. The box was destroyed. I have not removed the item from the box so can't really review the item itself. I tried to start the return process online but it's set as not returnable. I'm still awaiting a response from Walmart. Certainly no one wants a used Sitz bath. I am disgusted and very disappointed.

When I opened it, someone else had opened the inside contents. The plastic bag was torn open and I had purchased it through Walmart delivery and they won't let me return or refund my money. I understand not letting me return it but, I don't want to use it because someone else has been in it.

Got the package - only the salts were in it. The sitz bath was not - when will we receive it? Looks like it did not get packaged with salts.

This something I didn't order. It was replacement for what wasn't in stock. I don't know what's it for and I didn't need it but they wouldn't take it back.

The box itself was a tipoff. Looked like it was in a war! Must have been in the back storage area for a few months. Inside the box was worse. They sent me an unsealed open product. There's no way to tell if this product was ever new. And now they refuse my return. Vendor should be held to the same standard and me. I don't own an iphone so I cannot send a photo but will gladly bring back to the store to show.

Couldn't return even. Though it was 100% not used, or even opened.
