Dr Teal's Epsom Salt Magnesium Soak, Soothe & Sleep with Lavender, 3 lbs

I love to soak in the tub. Adding the epsom salts makes it feel like a spa day at home. I have chronic back and knee pain. There’s nothing better after a long day than to unwind to the soothing scent of lavender. It seems to calm my muscles. It dissolves smoothly. And then I’ll get out and fall fast asleep,drifting off to the smell of lavender.

strong scent but not overpowering and cloy. easy dissolve, Epsom has been used for years as a muscle soak, now the pleasant smell makes it bath treat, to treat yourself. I especially enjoy the variety of DR Teals. easy to use bags as the bag has a resealing ability, to keep moistier out.

Really like this product. It smells so good and relaxing in my foot bath/spa. It helps to soften up your feet for a good nights sleep. It's also great to use before you give yourself a pedicure, makes it easier and more comfortable. I will continue to buy and use this product.

Smells so good and seems to help healing of open skin issues. I use it when I'm really sore too. I am convinced it helps with achyness. Smell is relaxing so good to use before bed.

It's a great product! I think it's good epsom salt and I like the true lavender scent. I have enjoyed using it and would recommend it to anyone looking to relax and alleviate inflammation.

Dr Teal’s is the best. We buy all of the essential oil scented Dr Teal’s. The lavender is very soothing and calming. The magnesium in the epsom salts helps me sleep and keeps the muscle cramps and spasms away.

the product description says 2 packages. i received one 3 lb bag. were each package supposed to be 1 1/2 lbs but now marketed in 1 bag containing 3 lbs? love the product.

If you don’t purchase Dr Teal . What are you waiting on.i wouldn’t trade this for nothing. The best ever. Ever bath room should have this in it. This stuff works miracles on the body .buy it and try it.you won’t regret it. It’s that good ♥️

Ok so I bought this because I haven’t been blessed to sleep for awhile . It does work , but on its own it’s good for relaxing but if you want to be K.O. Then pair it with dr teals bubble bath , doctor teals lavender body oil , dr teals sleep lotion and som z quil . Believe me you will have the best nights sleep . I put some photos below of stuff you can use with it to make it more effective.

I was a real go-getter before I tried Dr. Teal's Sleep Epsom Salt Lavender Soaking Solution. Now I'm simply too relaxed to care... about anything. Smells nice, calming, feels good on the skin, and elevates the bathing experience from something simply court-ordered to a genuinely enjoyable pampering experience. Take note of this warning and NEVER use this product while watching a William Hurt movie as you will slip into an unresponsive vegetative state requiring medical intervention.
