Deliciousness!!!!
This seasoning is very flavorful. I pair it with a wet marinade and sprinkle on top and under skin for extra flavor. BUY this seasoning if you love jerk chicken.

Not Jamaican jerk style seasoning but not bad
I gave this seasoning 4 stars because it isn't really Jamaican, which is what I was used to, but you can't find any Jamaican seasoning anymore. This Caribbean seasoning isn't bad at all, though, as a substitute. I primarily use it in my Jamaican pineapple chicken recipe with chicken thighs, peppers, onions, pineapple and other seasonings where it works just fine.

Yuk ....
I tried this versus others I've used and by far my family and I did not like it. It was tooo sweet and had too much Cloves/Cinnamon taste to it. Now, I have a bottle that I have to figure out what I will use it for again or try to augment the flavor to taste like the product I regularly use and was recommended to me when I vacationed in Jamaica years ago. I will stick with my original Jerk Marinade from now on. I only tried this because it was a dry rub vs. jarred marinade.
