I usually have to find a store that sells Caribbean spices so I was so grateful to see Graces on Walmart! These are the best spices for authentic Caribbean flavor! I highly recommend you try them out if you are missing your last Caribbean vacation flavor!!!
This jerk seasoning is very good! You can also season as you would like without it being salty. It seems to be “concentrated” so you only need a dollup of this sauce , not a whole glob like I used to do lol. Add more spices if you want it “hot”. It has a touch of spiciness but I still add other items for the spicy “kick”.
You like good Jamaican jerk chicken? Get it quick and easy by getting a rotisserie chicken, chopping it up, spreading it on a baking sheet and stir in about two tablespoons worth of this jerk season! Drizzle on some coconut oil - or regular cooking oil ( about 4 tablespoons worth) this keeps it moist while you have it in the oven - preheated at 420F for 10-15 minutes Enjoy! Also great for doing your own Jamaican Jerk Pork on the grill!
I almost was not going to use this however, at the last minute I had a taste for Jerk chicken. And boy let me tell you!!! I immediately fell in love with the taste!!! It is just a pinch more spicier than regular jerk rub. This is now my preferred bottle instead of the green label jerk.
Grace's jerk sauce is the most authentic tasting jerk sauce around. I wouldn't add salt because when marinading because the jerk is salted already. It's a bit pricey but still worth it.
This seasoning gives volume to your meals it's extra ordinary seasoning gives your pasta dishes that true Caribbean flavor and texture just like you were eating in the Caribbean country cooking itself
Grace Hot Jamaican Jerk Seasoning is amazing with the right amount of flavor and spice. I used it on every meat and fish. Making ever bit so enjoyable. The best part is the price. Walmart has the best price ever.
This product is not a bad product to buy if you're looking for spicy jerk seasoning, but my preference is the mild jerk seasoning versus the hot jerk seasoning because jerk is not about it being spicy heat wise. It's about being slightly spicy but flavorful this product is not a bad product to buy if you're looking for spicy jerk seasoning, but my preference is the mild jerk seasoning versus the hot jerk seasoning because jerk is not about it being spicy heat wise. Surprisingly saltier than I was expecting it to be, but my usual jerk seasoning was not in stock. With some slight adjustments I was able to utilize this for my meal that I was preparing.
This is a good jerk but could use more nuance in flavor. It has also gotten very expensive overall. If you use it with a dry jerk spice it works very well together. I would recommend it though. Make sure you taste it as it can get hotter as it sits.
