Libby's Corned Beef, 14g Protein Per Serving, Canned Meat, 12 oz. Can

I grew up eating this cornbeef. There is less fat pieces in it, but I still pick them out. It is quite delicious when sauted with onion, a little seasoning

If you want to whip up a hearty skillet hash, a traditional Irish-style breakfast, or a quick and satisfying protein-packed meal, Libby's Corned Beef is an absolute pantry essential. Expertly seasoned and slow-cooked to tender perfection, this 12 oz can delivers rich, savory flavor that crisps up beautifully in a skillet or adds incredible depth to stews, sandwiches, and egg dishes.

Not something I eat often but it is pretty good. I mix with mayo and relish and make sandwiches. Can also fry it in a pan. Better than Spam in my opinion. It's also a good thing for the prepper people to have, non perishable with sustenance and protein.

This corned beef makes great hash. Dice potatoes and onions fry in skillet. Add some diced green pepper, add salt and pepper. Open corned beef and crumble i to potato mix and continue to fry until completely done. Serve with 2 poached eggs on top. It also makes a g rear t sandwich. Toast your bread mayo on both sides, add Durkees special sauce on one side of bread, spread sweet pickle on the other slice of bread. Then add some corned beef. If you have a sandwich press pyt your sandwich in until heated through or put in skillet and turn until hea t ed through.

Delicious! I usually just eat with cooked white rice/brown rice or make a sandwich %26 add whatever are my favorite vegetables. Can't forget the healthy chips etc. too. Finally, add a healthy drink to your quick meal. Yay! Cheers.....

it was okay....but a lot dryer than i thought it should be....its good to store canned meat because you never know if anything is going to happen these days...with the weather etc..

I have been eating this for 45 years and it is still good, not as good as it was long ago but still good enough for the occasional hash for breakfast. I do wish there was a better brand available but I have not seen a better alternative since the 1980s.

EVERYTIME i order a can of cornbeef the key to open the can or cans are missing. Thank God i have a spare from months ago.

The meat was gray and I'd like to have my money back

The product was Bad.. >1.5yrs remaining on 'Best By Date', product was Brown %26 Green, No visible sign(s) of damage to the can and the seam was intact. I would not recommend this product from WalMart. I've been buying %26 eating this product for >50yrs
