Chicken of the Sea Wild Caught Alaskan Pink Salmon, Traditional Style 14.75 oz

Not sure its the best cuts of the salmon, but still tastes good and easy to use to make salmon cakes or salmon balls.... not real salty tasting which I appreciate.

This canned salmon has high calcium. Calcium is good for our bones. Many canned Salmons don't have high calcium. I eat it for the high calcium. I mix it with a tad of Mayonnaise. It is a tasty, healthy snack or meal.

Really happy with this canned salmon. It's wild caught Alaskan pink salmon which means you're getting a quality, sustainable fish with good omega-3s without paying a premium price. The texture is firm and not mushy, and the flavor is mild enough to work in a lot of different recipes. I use it for salmon patties, mixed into pasta, over salads, and in rice bowls. The traditional style with skin and bones is actually a bonus since the bones are soft and add extra calcium. A convenient, nutritious protein.

Salmon has a great taste to it! It’s perfect if you’re making salmon croquettes. Chicken of the sea is my main choice when I choose to buy canned salmon!

Recommended highly great taste make salmon patties. I love the recipe in the back of the can too. It helps you flavor was for your salmon patties check it out you will not regret it love them.

“Pink salmon“? more like black and brown. seagull barf. See the photo it says it all. Three chunks of brown goo, wrapped in black fish skin with a spinal cord, complete with ribs, running down the middle of each. I cannot believe that this is able to be sold in the US!

Traditional style is a misleading way of saying the can is full of bones. The one I purchased had 13 fully intact pebble sized vertebrae in it. If I'd known that I would be fishing out a full on spinal cord, I wouldn't have bought this product.

This can contains nothing but salmon scraps. Spinal column bones and skin with some meat attached. maybe that's what "traditional style"means? I'll never buy this brand salmon again 🤢

This was disgusting. It had all bones, skin, spine, etc. I bought two containers and had to throw it out. There was no possible way to go through it and remove it all.

i opened this can to put into the skillet to fry up and season a little, from the top nothing seemed off except the fact that there was skin. i dumped it in the pan and low and behold there is a full vertebrae and bones all throughout the salmon. they don’t specify anywhere on the can that there is skin and bones in with the salmon. nobody is assuming “traditional style” includes whole bones. looks disgusting and mushy. do not buy this!!
