SPAM Lite, 9 Grams of Protein per Serving, 12 oz Aluminum Can

I actually really like this one I like to chop it up and dice it and make it fried rice and vegetables and I call it Hawaiian fried rice and it's very good it's also good if you cut it up and make with eggs, I like that it's lower and sodium cuz I like to watch how much sodium I take in and this is a good way to not ingest so much as you do with the regular spam

We love spam. We use it for multiple dishes. I'd recommend buying this bulk package. You're saving around $15-20 vs buying individual cans like we were before. I especially like to cook with this when I'm busy and don't want to deal with raw meat. I can make a quick meal in under 15 minutes. We still have 4 left and I believe it's been almost 2 months since I bought it.

It does taste less salty than the original, which I like. I can get about 3 meals from each can. I eat it as a sandwich with mustard, or mixed with egg. I enjoy it really toasted.

I got two cans, identically bent and dented; the rest of my order was fine. Wal Mart refunded me promptly, so I'm giving 4 stars for the service.

More than 1/3 of my canned goods came damaged. Walmart definitely needs to package their goods better instead of just tossing the items in the box to ship it. I've never had any problems with Amazon fresh deliveries.

Spam with fuzzy hairs on it. This was disgusting and cured me from eating Spam for a while, or ever.

Didn't get the order because the lazy driver decided to leave it on a trashcan with some other packages by the mail area. It's not a real mail service like UPS, FEDEX so they don't have the same access and also shouldn't be putting it on tables and the floor. THERE IS A GIANT piece of PAPER SAYING NOT to do that. There was also NO INSTRUCTION to say to do that.

Spam by itself is good but this is what we got from Walmart, although expires in 2024
