Easy to take supplement and Ceylon cinnamon does not contain coumarin, which can be toxic to your liver, and is found in regular cinnamon

Carlson's Ceylon Cinnamon
Had been buying the Swanson brand of true cinnamon (ceylon cinnamon)all these years, and recently read reviews of the product having no cinnamon smell, and some said it smelled like dirt. I checked the bottle I am taking, and sure enough, it has absolutely no cinnamon smell. I decided to try Carlson's ceylon cinnamon and it does smell of cinnamon, so I am hoping it does contain more cinnamon and less of the fillers. I am taking this for blood sugar support. Giving only 4 stars since I just started taking this.
