This was included in my regimen for two reasons - one as a binder given that I am in the midst of a parasitic cleanse, secondly - that it aids in breaking up the pesky biofilms . clean and simple ingredients, the quality seems potential and pure , and the cost being reasonable. I am glad they had it came with 60 capsules and not higher given that it is an opportunity to test quality and outcome.

Carlson's Ceylon Cinnamon capsules are one of the few on the market that are the "real," healthy form of cinnamon, as opposed to "supermarket cinnamon flavorings." As a diabetic, I use these capsules as part of my daily routine protocol to effectively help lower/control my blood sugar, especially with meals that are higher in carbs.

i take it after a high carb meal, its supposed to help me as im pre diabetic, i like it so far, i can tell its good quality cinnamon when i burb, its true cinnamon, the size is ok, easy to swallow and has neutral taste, its beneficial for lowering blood sugar

I only buy the Carlson brand due to quality ingredient. It comes in a capsule and dosage requires one with each meal to achieve the benefit. No after taste.

It's a very nice product. I use it two-three times a day with a meal to slower the rise in the blood sugar level. The capsule isn't too big, i swallow it with some water.

I'm using this product, along with Ceylon Cinnamon, to lower my sugar. It is amazingly well priced and arrives before the expected date of arrival. Will purchase again...
