Easy way to increase Zinc
I needed to increase my Zinc, but I didn't want to take just a Zinc tablet. This is a good way to increase a few other needed supplements in just one pill. I only started taking it a short while ago, but I can say that I don't get as sleepy in the afternoons now.

A caveat, I wouldn't have chosen this product if it weren't for a specific detox protocol I'm doing. Unfortunately there's nothing else like it on the market that I could find. It has the best ratios of these specific vitamins/minerals, i just wish Carlson would find better binding ingredients and Dutch the gelatin. I can only take one or two max at a time, and even then I burp it up. Hopefully I'm actually absorbing the stuff!
