Glycine is the amino acid that makes hydrolyzed collagen so good for bones and tendons. This is a lot easier to use than collagen powders. This glycine tastes good, blends easily in smoothies or cereal. I have not noticed a difference in sleep, but then I take it in the morning for tendons and joints, which it seems to be helping a lot.
I was advised to begin taking Glycine powder due to a few health concerns. This powder is odorless %26 tasteless and completely dissolves, much to my surprise. If you are struggling to have quality %26 restful sleep...don't go to sleep tonight without ordering this Glycine. It is so affordable...and so effective...I do not plan on running out!
It was packaged well. Arrived timely and undamaged. Comes with a convenient measuring spoon. I added it to my sports bottle with water. There is no unpleasant after taste.
got the package as described
This really help if you struggle to sleep.
This actually helped me sleep at night!!
Delivery and product exceptional Glycine is an amino acid found in the marrow of bones which makes bone soup a great source. My wife and I have arthritis bad and are in our 80's. 2 scoops of Glycine powder ( am and 1 before bed) each day eliminates all out joint and muscle pain so that we no longer that pain pills. We know we still have arthritis; but don't feel it. We also noticed sharper memory and found that Glycine is also a neurotransmitter. Great on both for help we old folks need. I have seen this work on every senior I gave some to. They now buy their own.
I mix a small scoopful every day (M-F) into my protein shake (Garden of Life Marley coffee pea protein). I use this along with an L-Proline/L-Lysine supplement to build/maintain cartilage in my knee. (I have very little meniscus left on one side, and none on the other in the same knee.) A couple of months ago, I ran out of glycine and didn't take any for three weeks. By the end of that time, I was limping because of the bone-on-bone pain. Received this product in the mail, and two weeks later, my knee started feeling pretty good again, and soon after, I began walking normally again. If you have knee pain due to lack of meniscus or cartilage, this is a super cheap, harmless supplement to try for a few weeks to see if you get improvement. While I'll never be able to run again with my knee the way it is, I can walk for miles without pain. Glycine has improved my quality of life immensely!!!
i think i need mor time to tell.
You get very little product for the price. Would not order again.
