I have suffered from poor digestion for some years, and I like to rotate the digestive enzymes that I take, as I have experienced allergy to certain prescribed enzymes after taking them for a number of years. These Carlson enzymes are are easy to take them as instructed on the bottle in rotation with other brands. So far they are going well, the package is bright and cheerful, and the combination of enzymes is good quality.

I am not sure yet how well these work. So far it has sometimes stopped me from bloating after eating but later in the day it does not seem to help.
