Excellent product. I have been a regular user of glutamine for years. I think it helps with my gut health (although I know the science is inconclusive), which has also helped reduce inflammation. Used the powder form for many years, but the capsules are so much easier to.

These were recommended to me by my GI to help with IBD and it has been beneficial in my case since starting last year. I Will keep taking indefinitely and recommend it as a necessary supplement for those with digestive diseases/disorders.

I suffer from IBS - D and L-Glutamine, along with L. Reuteri, and a probiotic from a different supplement company have significantly slowed things down.
