I like it
I would recommend it. It is small, easy to swallow capsule. I needed extra Vitamin D as it was discovered in a routine blood test that I was severely deficient. I was told that taking a high dosage to bring it up to normal would make me feel better and I do notice some improvement.

Super-D
After having my Vit-D levels checked, I was extremely deficient, so after using a co-pay for 10,000 IU, my levels didn't change. Realizing I didn't want to waste my money, I tried this brand, my levels went from 19 to 56, I will def. keep purchasing this product. Thanks Swansons for carrying quality products.

I had been taking 5000 I use which meant I had to take two pills at one time now I'm taking 10000 I use which makes it just fine it's just one pill one pill less that I have to take on a daily basis
