Recommended for regular users!
This 10 mg Melatonin is quite small which is nice for those who have trouble swallowing pills. The addition of L-Theanine is helpful. We like the large quantity (270 tabs) since every one in our family takes Melatonin every night for a good sleep.

Good product for a good price.
I researched many choices before selecting the Carlyle melatonin. Off course price was a factor but being packaged and tested in the USA was important as well. It worked well and I will be buying more of this product.
