This was suggested by my dad. I had mentioned I was left sleepy all day after trying the Amazon brands. Gummies got me to sleep; but tasty like candy. 🍬 However, I could be waken up from deep sleep by anyone at home, and I'd be up and tired the rest of the time. I try to sleep Saturdays; as work week doesn't allow for such nonsense. I've suggested this product to my kids. It's been perfect for my adult sons who need to sleep early during work week, and are just to wired up. They also say it doesn't have any side effects; and prefer to continue purchasing from Walmart. I am pre-menopause and it helps sleep through the pains. Thank you for having a good product with no side effects whatsoever other than feeling rested when waking up. And thank you deeply from those of us who don't make much even if part of the working class. Amazingly affordable!

I have trouble sleeping and I prefer liquid instead of pills and this Equate Alcohol-Free Nighttime Sleep Aid, meets my needs. Nice berry flavor and I feel I am getting sleepy within an hour of taking it. I wake up rested and no drowsy effects for me.

I'm 78 and cannot sleep more than a couple hours a night without the help of this sleep aid. With it, I am able to get a good 6 hours of sleep. It is priced so it's affordable. The cherry vanilla flavor is not so bad, the berry flavor is not as good.

Can't sleep without this stuff! I've tried melatonin and valerian and those give me a bad headache and feel weird in the morning! But this sleep aid helps me sleep and I don't feel bad when I get up! It may not work for everyone but if you can't tolerate melatonin try this! I highly recommend it!

This stuff works great for those who have a couple of times when you just can't get to sleep or when you can't stay asleep! I gave it a 3-star rating due to it's cap, which I cannot open at all so hubby cut the lid for me. They need to have one that's easy to open for those of us with arthritis or just age!

This sleep aid works very well for me. I've used melatonin in the past but would not always work for me on those super wrestles nights, so my room mate let me try some of this to see if it helped and it was far more relaxing, so this is my go to sleep aid. Just fill the provided cup up to the line which I think is 30ml, and enjoy you sleep in around half an hour later. The flavor is pleasant and doesn't leave any bad aftertaste. I sleep deeper than without it, and don't wake up feeling any side effects thankfully. They also have one with pain reliever that my room mate let me also try and it does help with my minor muscle soreness from a hard day of activities.

Help me fall asleep within 20 minutes sometimes a little longer. I like that it's alcohol free. It seems Walmart is the only place that makes it alcohol free

I've used this for years. It seems like they changed the formula. It doesn't taste as good and doesn't seem to work as well as before. Stop changing good products

I love walmart products as they save me money and are great alternative to name brand items however, umfortunately, when it comes to this, I cannot stomach the taste of it. I wasn't expecting it to taste great but sadly, there are other generic alternatives that are more tolerable than this. This made me nauseated. It is nasty similar to taking cough syrup, only somehow much worse. Very thick in consistency and the taste is horrible. I regret the purchase greatly.
