Healthy shake
This is a healthy way to start your day. I eat a banana with the chocolate flavored shake, and it keeps me full until lunch. It's excellent on a busy day. You just fill a to go cup, grab a piece of fruit and go.

Carnation Light Start is the best
Hard to find this product in the stores, so I was happy to buy a 3-pack. I actually like to mix it with Greek yogurt and powdered peanut butter for a light treat.

Very tasty and less sugar
Tastes great and less carbs and sugar than the regular version. It works great for a quick morning breakfast when your not really a breakfast kind of person.
