StarKist Light Tuna in Water, Wild Caught, 17g Protein, 2.6 oz Pouch

I love these StarKist Light Tuna Pouches because they're just so convenient. There's no draining required, so you can eat it straight out of the pack or toss it onto a salad without making a mess. The tuna is always fresh and has a great texture, plus it's an easy way to get some quick protein in. It's definitely a must-have for my pantry and a perfect healthy option for work lunches!

The tuna is good and I like that it is packed in water as opposed to oil. I found out the oil used can cause health issues so the one packed in water is the healthier choice. The pack does not add much weight like the cans do so it's easier on my back.

I bought 5 of these to eat daily for my lunch at work. Easy to open and easy to eat with a fork. No need for a plate/bowl or anything. Just eat it straight out of the package. Texture and taste are great! Not overly fishy flavor. Also, these come is a variety of flavors. Thanks!!

I have purchased several of these Starkist tuna pouches. They are perfect for making salads or sandwiches. The tuna is fresh and so much easier to use without all the fuss of the can. It is high in protein, which accommodate my diet and they are really delicious. I will continue to buy these pouches.

These pouches are so convenient. I love them for on the go lunches or post gym snacks, There are a variety of flavors to choose from. They are excellent alone or paired with crackers or served in a rolled tortilla shell. This is such a healthy choice for lunches and snacks. I also love the lunch pack variety. They come with crackers and are packed ina plastic pouch for on-the-go meals and snacking. A very affordable lunch option.

These are great. If you want a sandwich cut 3 sides of the package. Turn it over on the bread and peal the packaging off. You have a sandwich size piece of tuna on the bread. It's great. Some times I open the top and put what I want in the package(mayo, pickle relish, salt, pepper onion,ECT) mix. put it on bread, crackers, salads or ECT. Great to carry around in the package.

This is good quality tuna, which isn't a shock since it is StarKist. I love the portion amount and how convenient it is to just rip open the pouch and go.

This is the only tuna I buy. It's great for a sandwich or a salad. It's a great way to get a good amount of protein. I love it with a bit of celery and low fat mayo.

There are several reasons I prefer the pouch to the cans. I don't have to drain the juice from the pouch, and I think the taste is much better than the canned tuna. It also takes up less space in the cupboard.

I love tuna fish but this one packed in water was a little too fishy tasting for me. the packaging was easy to take on the go. i enjoy eating tuna fish but it needed a little less fishy tasting. Other wise i love tuna for protein and nice texture.
