The chicken is actually as the product described! The white chicken is in chunks and not the soupy mealy chicken in other canned chicken brands. It makes great chicken salad for sandwiches or cooked chicken crochets. I love it and have been buying this product for years!!

I've tried all the canned available . To me, Harmel chicken breast is the best.

I use it in a chicken noodle casserole dish. With sourcream, cream of mushroom soup, milk & cheese. Delish

I love to use this for my chicken pot pies! I'm always in a hurry so this chicken helps speed things along. I will continue to use it and would recommend it to anyone.

Anytime I want to make chicken salad and there's no fresh chicken available, I use Hormel. I only like the breast of the chicken. This product makes great salad. It's also good eaten with nothing.

The Hormel Chicken Breast in a can is wonderful. Most canned chicken is rather dry and not like fresh at all, but the Hormel chicken breast is so good that it's hard to tell the difference between it and fresh chicken. Absolutely great for chicken salad sandwiches or for recipes. It costs a bit more, but totally worth it. That's what I buy since trying it. What a huge difference!

I brought these as an addition to the "Ramon Noodles" (Chicken flavor) that I buy all the time. I love those chicken flavored noodles, but always felt that they could be improved by adding some meat. I wanted something that I could order online and shipped right to me, so I tried this brand here. Happy to say that it was a GREAT choice. The small chicken chunks are VERY tender (and without ANY tiny bits of bones either). You can eat them right out of the can (They are pre-cooked) or add them to any recipe that you desire- Either way, "you will not" be disappointed.

I ordered this, with a bit of trepidation, but was pleasantly surprised at its taste, texture and quality. I like to keep some sort of 'canned' meat on my shelf to add to a salad or a can of plain (tomato) soup. I don't have the facilities to cook a whole chicken, so something like this fills the void. With seasoning according to what I have added it to, it does the trick.

Then I started weighing my food and tracking my macros, and I was so disappointed that the 3.5 servings per can are really more like 1.6 after draining the juice. From 10oz stated on the can to 5.6 Oz lightly drained. From 39 grams of protein per can (I always thought!) To more like 21. Im not saying I won't ever buy again. Its yummy and convenient. I might compare to some other brands though. I also wish they still offered a dark meat variation.
