Libby's Kosher Sweet Green Peas, 15 Oz

I use canned peas instead of frozen peas for my pea salad. The peas are more tender. Drain peas add chopped boiled egg fresh tomatoes and bite size cheese (I use cheddar). Then add mayonnaise to taste. I like purple onions but not if there are left overs. You could sprinkle a little paprika on top. Refrigerate before serving. ( you can chill your peas in the can in the refrigerator).

Libby's sweet peas are delicious and a family favorite at our house. The only thing I wish Libby's would change would be to have a pull top to get them open instead of a can opener. Libby's sweet peas are a great value for a great product that tastes really good.

Maybe it's just my age and it's and maybe it's because I grew up with key and vegetables but I like them. I like to whip up some instant potatoes and have the canned vegetable of my choice. These peas and ever disappoint. With the meal or in tuna salad or sometimes by themselves.

I use my canned green peas in my macaroni salad. First, I put them in the refrigerator and let them get real cold. I drain the water off and I add it to my macaroni salad. It's good nutrition also, very flavorful. They don't fall apart when I toss my salad LIGHTLY . Of course you can melt butter, sprinkle a little garlic powder and serve them as a side vegetable dish. No need to cook them because they're ready to eat.

English, please a little butter little pepper salt heat up for a couple minutes maybe three minutes at the most on low and boom great side dish or you can take and drop some dumplings in it. Let it cook for a little while with smelly water and you got peas and dumplings. It makes a great split pea soup as well so you got all these things you can do with one vegetable. way better then stire brand , not as expensive as other brand names . The peas have a bite , not super mushy. i prefer this brand on taste %26 value .

These are the best can peas I've order, I would recommend them they go good with any meal especially pork chops %26 mashed potatoes

1 damaged can at top seal, not dented. Thrown in trash for safety reasons. I would not have sent this out for delivery. I don't know how to upload photo but where the seal a can opener would go around was lifted and would not allow a can opener to go through.

Peas not tasty, dry and many cans were dented. Other reviews said the same but wanted to see for myself. BOY DID I!!!!!!!
