Del Monte Stewed Tomatoes with Onions, Celery and Green Peppers, 14.5 oz Can

i love these stewed toms. they are a necessary incredient in my chili, which i plan to make soon. they have a bit of mild tanginess that just agrees with my tastebuds. everybody may not agree as we have our own favorite family recipes, but you can't go wrong with them!

I have been using this product for yrs my Mother used this sauce too, and it.. easy little can to make quick pizza bread good flavor.I use this to add more flavor to my spaghetti and in my chilie

These stewed tomatoes are the best I've ever eaten. Full flavored and beautiful rich red color with that awesome taste make these a no brainer when you need stewed tomatoes.

My wife loves to cook and I love to eat. She only uses Del Monte Stewed Tomatoes for cooking and I love them for a side dish also. Can't beat Walmart's price too

one of my most favorite can ed veggies. i love stewed tomatoes. this goes good hot or cold. love to use this in my chili,ground beef or endless other dishes. like the added pepper,onions and celery

I have tried all kinds of off brand stewed tomatoes that were cheeper and none tasted good most of them were way to salty or texture was nasty but del Monte is great plus they also offer no salt the price is good . hunts stewed tomatoes are good to but cost more so del Monte stewed tomatoes is a good price.

I love stewed tomatoes, especially del Marti. They're super delicious. They're great. I use them in my salads. I eat them out the canned I use them in my soups. It's just it's just a good tomato item. If you want to eat it out the can you don't have to cook it which makes it great.

I thought this would be great for soups. The taste was good but all of the tomatoes were ends and hard. I assume because they were stewed company thought it was ok to use tomatoes that were hard and just all end pieces. Since I bought 2 cans I will use the second can but remove the tomatoes before serving.

COULD SUIT THE PURPOSE. PLUS, I WAS OUT OF CELERY AND RARELY STOCK GREEN PEPPERS. COOKED THE BLACK-EYE PEAS AND BLENDED THE Del Monte Stewed Tomatoes with Onions, Celery and Green Peppers, 14.5 oz Can AS I CANNOT STAND BITS AND PIECES OF TOMATOES WITH THE SKIN... WOW! I LIKED THE DISH SO MUCH THAT I BEGAN PREPARING IT WEEKLY. I HAVE SINCE BECOME BORED WITH IT; HOWEVER, NOW I REVIEWING THIS TOMATOE PRODUCT, I AM SALIVATING AND COULD JUST COOK UP A POT THIS AFTERNOON....

The product, if you can access it, is good. The problem is with the accessing. The cans are now SO HARD to open, even with a new can opener, that it is simply not worth the trouble and frustration! I'm switching to some brand that is much easier to open.
