Carnations breakfast drinks
I love these little breakfast drinks. I don't eat breakfast in the morning and. A great substitute for breakfast once in a while when you're in running out the door or something, but yeah, they're absolutely wonderful. Taste easy to make everything else and all the flavors are great.

I add a packet and either coffee concentrate or mushroom coffee powder to my shaker bottle with 12 oz high protein almond milk and it is like a high protein froo-froo coffee. I drink it every weekday morning before work and it gives me energy.
