I have a teenager who lives on this stuff. I feel good about that, because he is a picky eater and the nutritional mix of this product is actually really good. He makes the shakes himself, and it's one thing I don't have to worry about. It lasts forever in the cupboard, so when we start to run low at my house, I buy five our six more containers at a time. My only complaint is that Walmart doesn't always protect it enough for shipping, so somethings the packages of shake mix bust open during transit and it makes a big mess. For that reason, I always order this product by itself and have it shipped separately. That way, I don't have to wash the powder off anything else in the carton.

I used Carnation Instant breakfast in the late 60s for my go to fast breakfast before heading from home to work...than they came in individual envelopes...this is a container full of powder...you measure out what proper amount.. .Taste...pretty close to what I remember of long ago. I am not a breakfast eater,but this allows to me to eat light so I can go many hours before needing to eat again.

I tried this a few times in the 80s and 90s and didn't care that much for it. I had recent digestion issues and had to drink a lot of meals instead of eating. I expected this to not be so good. It was delicious. I put milk in a large glass, add the powder on top and stir. It really mixes well. No grit, and again: Very good taste.

I haven't purchsed this product in atleast 10 years. I've wanted to, but for some reason, even for this, money was an issue. It technically still is, but because I have a certain issue where getting aiding products continues to prod towards a minimum of $35, I start adding products on from my list until I hit the glorious 35. This was a product I included this time recently. So, let's get to some deeper meaning stuff on this. It's chocolate flavored, so it's an automatic win. All of it combines in to milk fairly easy. It does take 6 scoops to get a full 1 serving, but it's cool. Also, mix it in with stuff, like yogurt. The mass of it's vitamins won't be so concentrated then, but it'll add to almost anywhere and everywhere if not drank straight up with milk. Also, a last thing... looking at the nutrition facts, I feel it contains about the same as a serving of cereal, so it's decent. : )

This is an easy way to get something in your system when you don't feel like making a full breakfast. The chocolate, berry and Lime flavors are all decent and mix well with milk without getting too gritty (friends in how you mix it). It's not gourmet, but it does exactly what it's supposed to do and keeps you going until you can eat something real. If you're looking for that quick injection of extra protein, vitamins and minerals this is the one.

I drink the chocolate flavored instant breakfast. I'm diabetic. It's my chance to get my chocolate fix without drive by my sugar crazy! I do use whole milk. This is my only splurge so to speak, as I really stay on top of what I eat otherwise. This is a quick way to get my breakfast and my sweet fix at the same time without going overboard. I love the taste!

It's really good on its own with just milk or added to a smoothie with some milk and peanut butter It adds extra vitamins. The vanilla kind I mix with a little thing of yogurt and a cup of milk, throw it in the blender and it's a perfect smoothie in the morning for kids who don't want to eat breakfast before school. has lots of vitamins and things that kids need for a good start to the day.

My only complaint is that the item needs to be packaged better for shipping. Two times now I have received the product that during shipping was opened and contents spilled all in the shipping box on my other items. Better packaging at the shipping depot needs to take place.

I like the Vanilla best, but the chocolate is good, too... I mix it with oat milk usually, and sometimes almond milk... I'd give it 5 stars if it had a little less sugar, because it is plenty sweet... I just add more milk to dilute the sweetness %26 it's perfect... I'd rather have too much real sugar than any type of artificial sweetener... this is also good to mix your Miralax into if you use that...

This 6-pack was packed on its side in the box, with a heavy item on the other side. Five of the six containers had lost their lid and silver protective foil. Mix was all over and spilled out of box on my floor. I lost probably 1/2 of a container over all. I could have contacted Walmart, but they've been so good in the past, I just decided to accept it. I poured the powder into a container. The product is very tasty and I have no other complaints. Just be more careful how this is packaged and shipped.
