Hefty Slider Gallon Freezer Bags, 40 Count

Half gallon storage bags, especially for food, should have existed a long time ago because they are a fantastic practical option with less plastic waste as well. However, I sure wish that every brand of plastic food storage bag would please stop only offering only pleated bags; they are absolutely not great for many uses and often the pleated seam tears apart on one side. Unpleated, not the stand-and-fill bags, were very useful but now unavailable. They kept out air better, often superior overall for snuggly storing many items. But suddenly every brand started only selling pleated ones for some odd reason. Hefty makes the thickest best quality storage bags in general from my experience. While Target brand Up%26Up might be the only option remaining for non-stand-and-fill bags, they literally doubled their prices a few years ago.

The driver left items at back door. I kept checking the front. Finally found them at the back. They'd been out there about 45 minutes. The lid was off Chicken fettuccine and the blueberries were spilled all in the bag the carton was in. I had two frozen items on the way to thawing out. This girl needs some training. Went back and cut my tip in half.

The hefty brand bags are the only bags I use now. I grew up on the big brand that everyone knows but their quality has gone to junk and I decided to give these a try a few years ago. I wish I would have made the jump. The seals are actually sealed shut (heat sealed ends) and the thickness of the plastic used is way stronger too…… I have purchased around 18 different boxes, spanning every size, of their competitor's (biggest seller of resealable bags) bags over the past 6 years and *every single one* has had holes in between the zipper locking strips….which means the top one does absolutely nothing to seal the bag….if you think I'm wrong I dare you to look at the ends of the other brand's bags.

We like them because they serve our needs. Use especially to separate meats and freeze. Zippers are our favorite.

these bags make it easy to open zip it up in store No fighting with the bags to try to get them to close and material that it's made out is very strong you'll like these bags they come in a variety of sizes

I love the different sizes and prefer the Freezer Slider Stand %26 Filll because the Freezer variety is thicker %26 heavier and the Stand and Fill is an added bonus. These are a cheaper price than Zip Lock brand and judt as good

I prefer the sliding closed ones, these are good though, rarely have they ever came open on me and they have never ripped or came damaged. Would recommend 100%.

Easy to open and close. Plenty of room. Strong enough to withstand freezing. It would be perfect if the bag could stand up and stay open better. But the product does its job and the price is good

The zip in these ziplock bag style is not good. At least not for small particles. Sugar, flour, coffee grounds, etc. The smaller the particles the worse it gets.
