CARNATION BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS Rich Milk Chocolate 30-1.26 oz. Packets

I've been a fan of Carnation Breakfast Essentials (it used to be called Instant Breakfast) for around 65 years - no kidding. I'm 77 and I started using it in about 1958. It and I have been around for a long time. I used it originally as a breakfast substitute. Now I use it at night before going to bed as a night snack to cushion the maximum OTC dose of Naproxen and avoid stomach pains. The formula was changed recently and I think it's smoother and has a bit better chocolate flavor than before. I mix it with a cup of 1% milk. That makes it creamy and doesn't add a lot of liquid before bedtime. Sam's price for a box of 30 envelopes is unbeatable, and I always keep a spare box on the shelf.

I love that my 11yr old likes the way this tastes and it provides nutritional needs for him! He's so picky! When I realized he loved them, I ordered a few boxes!!!

Great value and great taste. Easy to mix into oatmilk for some extra fiber. Thickly chocolaty flavor. Love the added vitamins.

My mom bought this for me when I was in high school. Now i buy it for my granddaughter. Sometimes she skips breakfast and this is a healthy alternative when theres no time to eat a good breakfast or if shes just not hungry.

My husband was bedridden and requested this instant breakfast to give him protein and other nutrients. I only wish that you had the other flavors boxed like the chocolate. It is a good price and not easy to find in other stores. I am grateful that I was able to get it at Sam's!

I used to be able to buy this in vanilla flavored but my Sam's Club now only carries chocolate. I was able to buy it online but had to pay over $5 for shipping, the reason for only 4 stars. It was great to taste the vanilla again, I only wish my store would carry it.
