Perfect rice
This Carolina rice is the best over all that I've tried. It is not bland but flavorful and cooks up firmly not mushy. Needs to be placed in a zip bag or taped for shipping.

I will order larger portion next time. It does not get gummy, but a spoonful of rice is all separate and stays that way while leftover is refrigerated.

The best rice
I didn't know there was such a difference between other rice and Basmati but there's a huge difference!! This is delicious. We eat it with (chicken) Tiki Masala.

too small
if youre ordering it online, be aware that it is a small bag of rice. the taste was fine reminds me of jasmine rice but a little longer in size. make sure you wash it well and follow the directions on the package.
