Absolutely love this cookware set, i got them during the Walmart sale days campain so i got them for a fabulous price but even at full price they're worth it. The granite coating is strong and slick, very little oil is required and they are non stick where eggs slide and everything comes out. i like the little handles because i can set them on any part of the edge and they lock on tight.
These are perfect for the RV. Handles remove making it easier to stack and tuck away while traveling. Eash to attach handles during setup. Clean up is very easy with these non-stick coating.
I love my Carote cookware! The color is beautiful and modern, and the quality feels very durable. They heat evenly, cook food perfectly, and the nonstick makes cleaning super easy. I also like how they stack for storage — perfect for saving space. Stylish, practical, and worth every penny!
I now use these pots and pans every day and I am so glad that I purchased them! They are top quality and they even come with protecting liners in between the pots and pans.
This is my first purchase of this brand of pots and pans. I like that they take less storage space. They seem like good quality and the price is very affordable. The thing with most non-stick pans is that you have to use them for several months before deciding if they will still be non-stick. I have stainless steel pans too, and never had any issues. They last many years, but are much more expensive. I do like these pots and pans and will see how they hold up. Time will tell. I do recommend them, especially for the price that I paid!
this order never arrived. this is happening way too often lately. my order of Jovan Musk is damaged as was to have been delivered the same day and it has not arrived and shows damaged product undeliverable sitting in shipping warehouse in Michigan. Im getting sick of Walmart using my money free of charge while I have no product and paying interest charges for nothing. I am ready to cancel my Walmart membership!!!
This is by far the stupidest, and most dangerous design for pots that I have ever seen. They should be recalled and taken off the market. While the removable handle is a great idea, as it allows for easier storage, this handle is a disaster. I used the largest pot to boil water %26 needed 2 hands to remove the filled pot from the burner. My thumb hit the handle release, the handle separated from the pot, and the pot of boiling water fell. I have burns on both legs. Fortunately I was able to jump back fast enough, the burns are minor %26 did not need medical treatment, but it could have been a lot worse. These pots are hazardous. Additionally, they only provide 2 handles for 7 pots/pans, so if you cook like I do %26 utilize several burners at a time, you are constantly scurrying to connect handles to pots to move them around. The lids are also horrendous. There is a rubber gasket around the perimeter of each lid, and food will get trapped between the rubber %26 the glass %26 be impossible to clean. Perhaps it would be of value it the rubber gave the lid a tight seal, but the cut out in the lid for the pot handle is too big, so there is about quarter of an inch space on each side of the handle (between the handle and the lid) plus a weep hole in the lid itself. Way too much area for steam to escape and contents to boil out. I was also shocked to read in the instructions that these pots cannot be used on high heat (meaning that you can't really cook or sear in them) and are not recommended for the dishwasher. Stay away from this garbage
The coating comes off every time you wash this cookware set. I don't use them that often because I don't know how safe they are. It's not a little bit that rubs off either. If I use a white paper towel to dry off the cookware, it's grey when I'm done. This makes me wonder if the coating is coming off in the food I'm cooking as well. I've never had a cookware set do this and I would have returned it, if I didn't throw the packaging away.
I purchased multiple pans, and unfortunately, I've noticed a recurring issue with three of them. The handle seems to be problematic, and the pan's coating/color is fading significantly. In some areas, it has completely worn off, which is disappointing. The rest of the pans are holding up fine, but this inconsistency in quality is concerning. I hope the manufacturer addresses this issue to improve product durability.
ordered two sets of these for my parents and (two times) while cooking and or lifting a pan off the stove to move it and the handles broke dropping the hot pan of food on the stove spilling it thank god it wasnt on my self... still waiting for a response from Carote support... i loved these pans you can cook anything in them and the easy switching handles were phenomenal but for the handles to break in the same exact spot... calls out defect!!!!!
