This green tea formula is said to assist in burning fat, helps to promote heart health and also helps to accelerate your metabolism. This gives me energy and helps me with my neuropathy. I just put a teaspoon with my orange juice and take it that way.

I like both, Taste and concentration ; the taste is more sweet than sower, and the concentración is honey like. It goes down easily, and daly dosage is small, but I felt the difference in energy levels right away. I do not recommend based on my experience to take it after 12 PM, because I found it that when I did (I forgot to take it before work) it disturbed my sleep. I noticed also that my mood is better, I will defenetly buy another bottle when this one is over. It is too soon to say if is good for looking weight, but my stomach is not bulging as much.

So I started taking the recommended 2 Tbsp pre workout daily for about a month now. I made sure not to drink anything other than the L- Carnitine with Green Tea while testing it out. I did notice a bit of an energy boost to get me through workouts as well as being able to stay up a little later. Normally I don’t stay up too late. Probably depends on the time you take it as well. As for the (fat burner) statement on bottle I haven’t seen too much of a difference but I would expect I start to burn more fat as time goes on since it helps to fully get me through my workout each day. It will keep your energy levels up so I am hoping over time I start to see more of the fat burning effects. After taking this for so long I did start to notice a fishy odor during workouts as I sweat. It will cause you to smell a bit but thankfully I workout at home haha. I didn’t notice any other side effects such as upset stomach or headaches but I have read it could cause that. I don’t recommend taking if pregnant or nursing. So far so good.

This works! What I love the most about this product is the fact that is has natural ingredients such as green tea which is great for your overall health and well being. Also, the taste which was my biggest concern it's absolutely delicious! Trust me, this Liquid L-Carnitine with green tea has a delightful orangish flavor that I actually want to take more than just two tablespoons LOL! The information of the product is written in plain English (easy to understand) but is missing something. The directions don't specify if the product needs to be taken with food or before food with an empty stomach because the label says take it in the morning so I did it with little almost not food and got nasty cramps! It might be a coincidence but that happened right after. So, I always eat before taking the Liquid L-Carnitine with Green Tea. By the way, I have notice a bit of weight reduction in this short period of time I have started taking it. Even my friends noticed it too! (I haven't mentioned to anyone about this product yet). This is my personal experience. Everyone reacts differently. So, far so good. You should try it too! It has Green Tea a Natural ingredient that's is really good for your body! Plus, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B5, strawberry and kiwi natural flavor.

I’ve been taking this before my workout and it definitely give you that extra pump you need. The taste is not bad at all. I take 2 tables spoon as instructed and It does help me be more alert throughout my workouts and gives that extra energy you need.

The product is very good, but you have to take two tablespoons to obtain 5000mg, which I did not like since there are similar products with 5000mg in one tablespoon.

I was excited to try this product, but a little worried about how it'd taste. For my surprise it tasted very good. It's sweet with a hint of tartness from the kiwi. It's thick, which makes it easy to dosage. The one thing I didn't like, however, is that this product contains Red #40. Because of that, I wouldn't buy this product again. What a bummer.

I tried the Carson Life Liquid L-Carnitine for about 4 weeks to give proper time to evaluate my experience. For reference I have 4 children, I work, I walk every morning and I took the indicated dose every morning before the start of my day. The Liquid L-Carnitine has a consistency of cough syrup with a palatable taste. The liquid tastes sweet and a little tart with a hint of tea. It wasn't great but not bad. At the beginning of the trial period I felt like I had energy for the day. I didn't crave a late afternoon nap and I felt like the liquid was helping. After the second week, things started to creep back to how I feel as a busy working mom of 4. I was taking the same amount of the Liquid L-Carnitine each morning but it didn not make me feel more energized after the 2nd week. My eating habits and life style remained the same and in that time my weight was also unchanged. To summarize my experience, I felt more energized for only a couple of weeks then it stopped. Not sure if it was a placebo effect or the L-Carnitine. I did not notice a change in weight the entire time.

This item was never shipped to me, so the one star is for the company you partnered with. They sent me a product I never ordered or wanted. The product I wanted is excellent but can't seem to find a reliable seller of Carson Life L-Carnitine. Kmart used to sell it in the store. Disappointed I can't buy it directly from Kmart.
