Equate Multi-Health Daily Fiber Supplement Orange Flavored Powder, Value Size 48.2 oz

I got this on recommendation from my doctor. I mix it with lemonade and it tastes great. Even my ten-year-old grandson will drink it. My doctor wanted me to take it to help with fiber issues and to help with my weight loss journey. I haven't tried the name brand but this tastes great and it's much less expensive. So I will continue buying it.

My husband uses this product every day for his gut and, you are not going to believe this, it makes it so his farts DO NOT STINK. Now, I cannot guarantee that it will do the same for your husband. We did an experiment and tried him not taking it for a week and WHEW! STINKY FARTS! He went right back to taking his daily dose of this stuff and it cleared him right up. He is also the most gassy person I know. I'm surprised he doesn't float.

I have tried the fiber supplement in equate brand and the big name brand and I must say I like the taste of the equate better, with the same results. I LOVE the price, and it has not only lined out all of my terrible IBS (D) symptoms but has helped lower my A1C by 2 numbers. I feel better and have so much more energy!

Good value and delivers psyllium fiber powder just the same as in national brands. I especially like that the item I choose doesn't contain artificial sweeteners. Instead, it has a small amount of natural sugar just to make the supplement palatable.

I decided to get on the P. Husk train, as a way to keep my belly full and my bowels empty. But here's the issue... I have ARFID, and food textures are part of that disorder. So I was hesitant about how gritty, gloopy, or otherwise funky, this was going to be. Yes, you feel the husk. It doesn't dissolve in the water. You can see it all down there, swirling around, as you try to chug it down. Thankfully, it's pretty fine, so it goes down pretty easily. I mix it into ICE COLD WATER and chug it immediately. I think the freezing water numbs my mouth just enough that the bits passing through don't irritate me so much. When I'm done with my first chug (usually 80% of the glass), I'll add more ice water and chug that too, not only to add more water to my system, but to also get the remaining bits of foliage from the bottom. So far, no texture issues with this, so even if I don't lose weight or stay regular, it's still a win for me!

Contains real sugar, so is tastes good, unlike the Target brand (which is also more expensive). To best dissolve, add in a modest amount of fluid (more than you would to turn sauce mix into paste) and mash with the back of a teaspoon until mushy, then top off and stir (and drink quickly or you'll have to add more fluid to thin back to a liquid). Try with milk and/or chilled like a dessert.

Tried the same brand Equate unflavored but for some reason this Orange flavored mixes more thoroughly and of course tastes much better. One heaping tablespoon in the a.m. blender brunch with fruit juice, fruit, an egg, natural peanut butter, vitamins and raw vinegar and all systems are a go, Houston! And so much less cost per ounce than the national brand which has same ingredients.

I've never tried the name brand version of this, but this is great. It is gritty and the flavor is like a watered down orange Gatorade, but it wasn't off putting. But! …. It makes me feel so full! I've been eating yogurt with berries for breakfast and I've been STRUGGLING to make it to lunch. This makes me feel so full I don't even know if I want lunch. 100% recommend

Didn't see a difference in how I felt. Or if it helped me use the restroom easier. So I will not be purchasing again. I would look for something else .

Horrible. Thought I would try this instead of the more expensive Metamucil. Should have spent the extra money. Horrible taste, not to mention all the grit floating around in the cup. Can drink the other in no time, this gaged after a sip. Utterly disgusting.
