Equate Multi-Health Daily Fiber Supplement Orange Flavored Powder, Value Size 48.2 oz

I got this on recommendation from my doctor. I mix it with lemonade and it tastes great. Even my ten-year-old grandson will drink it. My doctor wanted me to take it to help with fiber issues and to help with my weight loss journey. I haven't tried the name brand but this tastes great and it's much less expensive. So I will continue buying it.

I was told by my dietitian to drink a glass of sugar free fiber three times a day to help with cravings and "food noise". I've probably never gotten my recommended amount of daily fiber, but It really has made a huge difference. It keeps me full longer and has fixed most of my tummy issues. It has provided quick relief for diarrhea and nausea that I've struggled with since having bariatric surgery. I usually take a gas pill once or twice a day, but the benefits have been worth it! I encourage everyone I know to try it.

I've never tried the name brand version of this, but this is great. It is gritty and the flavor is like a watered down orange Gatorade, but it wasn't off putting. But! …. It makes me feel so full! I've been eating yogurt with berries for breakfast and I've been STRUGGLING to make it to lunch. This makes me feel so full I don't even know if I want lunch. 100% recommend

We started with Metamucil, it was too expensive. We tried Equate, and it works just as well. My wife doesn't like it because she say it makes her “gassy”. It doesn't affect me that way, and does keep me regular. I use it every other day.

Great value for the cost and it really does taste good. One bit of advice is to drink it immediately because it turns to a sludge like consistency and it is hard to drink. You almost have to use a spoon. But for the price , you can afford to dump it and start over. 😆

I have been using this supplement for years, and it has consistently worked well for my tummy, especially after consuming it, as it provides extra fiber and quick relief. It's gentle, effective, and doesn't leave me feeling uncomfortable. The orange flavor tastes great, which makes it easy to take regularly. The only downside is that, over the years, the price has increased substantially. Other than that, this fiber supplement has been reliable and works exactly as expected.

This is another brand it's a it's what the doctor had ordered so I just got to use it today. I haven't gotten any opinion on it but the price was right for it. I'm thinking it's a good product and I will continue to use it so I'm giving it a good good rating because the price is good and the amount that I'm getting what the price is for sounds good looks good.

If you are used to taking Metamucil, and (due to availability issues) opt for this, please be aware that it is not the same consistency, flavor, or performance. Consider starting out with about 1/3 of your usual Metamucil dosage, and double your daily intake of water, because this stuff will run through you like a freight train, and leave you feeling like a dried-out sea urchin.

The seal was broken. It's more inconvenient to send it back as I live in a small town. You want me to repackage this 7 dollar item and get fed x to come to my house in the country because you can't keg your items correctly. Nope I'll just worn the people. Watch out for this brand.

I had been taking a single ingredient psyllium husk with no issues (I used a flavor packet to help with the taste) and it was a life saver. Within 3 days of starting this I have horrible bloating, gas, diarrhea. Read ingredients and the first ingredient is Sucralose. There no way of knowing what the ratio of Sucralose (Splenda) to psyllium husk really is. And that truly bothers me. And since is something I will be using long term - Splenda is linked to negative effects on gut biome whereas single ingredient lab tested psyllium is benefical. Great waste money.
