This is about my Dec 13, order. I used my one time rush deliver on it cause it had grill lighters on it to go with other presents I am wrapping. I kept checking for the delivery it did not come. This happened last Christmas too and I was unaware part of my order didn't come. Of course it was a 50.00. Crock Pot, I guess somebody enjoyed a new crock pot for Christmas. Anyway I need my Dec 13th delivery and we need a picture of the delivery!!!!!HELP

Broken and dry
Arrived with the case cracked and the pad was mostly dried up. Had to push the stamp hard several times to get adequate ink.
