Highly Recommend

Chloe February 13, 2026

Excellent product, well made. This is my fourth purchase of Aluminum twist lock poles through the years. They are very sturdy. Due to my herniated disks in my spine and arthritis in my knees these are my walking sticks instead of a walker or cane. The spring action in the poles takes the weight off the knees and back while walking. I keep a pair in the home, one in the car. Easily collapses for airplane travel. This is the only brand that I purchase. Highly recommend.

Keeps Me Mobile

Chloe October 2, 2025

I have used Cascade Mountain aluminum Twist lock Trekking poles for over 10 years. I have tried other brands and nothing compares to the quality, stability and strength of these Trekking poles. I have severe arthritis and herniated discs. My doctor recommended Trekking poles instead of a walker to help keep me upright and take the pressure off my back, knees and hips. Convenient to use, comfortable, easy to store for travel. I have recommended these Trekking Poles to others. Thank you for making such a wonderful product. Waiting to buy another pair when other styles of Aluminum Twist Lock Poles are in stock.

1200 miles no issues

Wally C. August 12, 2025

I bought two sets of these poles for my son and I. Some 1200 hiked miles later, 4 Summits and 5 multi- day hikes later still going strong.

Stable & Grip Very Comfortable

AI12 September 6, 2017

Worked perfectly for hiking NW North Carolina . Who needs to buy the $60.00+ hiking polls when these work perfectly and are lightweight.

The only pole that I buy!!

Neal October 6, 2024

I have owned these poles for years. They are well built and take a beating by this senior. I love the spring cushion they have which helps my older knees on decents on my Colorado trails.

Excellent poles for amateur (or serious) hiker.

mach3pt2 May 21, 2019

So far, I've only used these poles for brisk walks around my neighborhood on flat ground, but intend to do some mild hiking along the Appalachian Trail. They have performed very well, and provide the extra stability that I want. Their cost is very low, and I don't believe I could get better results from more expensive ones. I highly recommend them.

I used them for the first time today and walked a mile thru the park. Hip replacement 8 weeks ago. Surgeon said walking is the best physical therapy and said I need trekking poles. These are just as good if not better than some of the high priced ones I tried. The length is adjustable and locks and the hand grips are very comfortable with wrist straps. Comes with rubber tips, tips for dirt/trails and snow baskets. Definitely a good buy.

Where’s the case?

kungfu48 February 15, 2020

For the money, why dont’ the anti shock twist poles come with a case like the other flip lock poles do?
