Cascade Platinum Plus Dishwasher Detergent Pods, Clean Scent, 62 Count

Had to have this item shipped because the local store didn't have it in stock no big deal. Walmart shipped it. It arrived in a box with no packing peanuts or extra material to keep the container from moving so the plastic container is completely destroyed. At least the lid so pods were everywhere in the box. A lot of them popped liquid all over the box was going to do a return or a refund to exchange for a new container but to do that I would have to drive 45 minutes minimum to a local FedEx store or I could have them pick it up from my house FedEx, but I'd have to print and pay for the labels. The product itself is great. The shipping that it came in very frustrating so now instead of a refund or an exchange I am going to salvage what pods I can out of this and chalk it up as a loss again recommend the product, but the shipping was god-awful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cascade Platinum ActionPacs are so convenient and easy to use, without all the mess, just toss in the dishwasher dispenser and let it work its magic, even the toughest of stuck on messes, wash clean and clear. My plates and glasses have never looked so shiny.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great dish water detergent. The pacs are so simple to use. There is never any residue from the pac in my dishwasher and the lemon scent is great! Even my glasswear is is shiny and dry when the cycle is done. Happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using Cascade Platinum Plus ActionPacs and they’re honestly a game-changer. My dishes come out sparkling every single time—no residue, no cloudy glasses, and no stuck-on food, even when I skip pre-rinsing. The pods dissolve perfectly and leave everything smelling fresh and clean.

I have purchased this from other online stores without a problem, but for some reason this shipment had several punctured pods. This caused a mess in the container and some of the pods had no detergent in them. I'm not sure if it was a Walmart problem or a Cascade problem. My advice is don't order online.

Overall, these pods do well with white residue other brands just can’t remove. I’d been testing the smaller versions of these, in the pouch, before splurging on a Big Bertha size. The pods, themselves, work great—when shipped in that small pouch rather than a larger container like this one. It arrived leaking at the top, even with the sealed handles still attached. The shipping box had splashes of wet patches along its inside that didn’t soak through to the outside; there was no packaging around the product. Several pods were either partially popped, oozing out or punctured and needed to be reluctantly thrown out. The entire inside of their container was wet and syrupy with leaked chemicals. The majority may still be usable; I relocated most of them to a different container until it were full. I’d hate to toss them all out, for such an extremely expensive item, and Walmart won’t issue me a refund for them being damaged, unless I return them as well. Why would they want a banged up, and faulty, product back is beyond me. It’s not like they can dry them off, individually, and put them back on the shelves! …Or could they???

Is my $25? And I did not select them, but yet there is 3 other items that were on the order list that were not available yet. I was still charged for the team won't help me get my money back. They charged me for 3 years of Walmart plus other subscription. And they charged me for the paramount bundle for the same amount of time, which was that that charge? And they told me, I had 22 message the bank individually on every one of them, even though I told him I have a reading cover engine disorder like they don't care like this.Place is like fraudulent. They help defraud, people on s s d I

I have a brand new high end dishwasher ( GE Cafe ) I recently switched to Cascade platinum plus and I am very very disappointed. The packs do not dissolve completely and I have to run my dishwasher a second time to rinse the left over soap/chemicals off my dishes and dishwasher. Dishes remain dirty and I have to handwash.

I pick up my cascade dish washer pods - the last container had many stuck together - I use but when pull apart I lose the liquid. I am hoping the next container is better I am a loyal customer

Half our 59 count of dish detergent was obviously a machine error with the amount of bad packages and this wasn’t close to all of them. Is this Cascade or a cheap dollar store knock off because these darn things are empty of everything useful
