I was very impressed with the sales associate at the Bonsack Walmart who helped me place the order. I also love the automatic tracking system. The product arrived on time and I was notified. I am very happy with my new tape recorder and with the entire process!

This product did exactly what I needed it to do. I was looking to digitize my cassette tapes, and the directions were very easy to follow. Great item for the price!

We bought this as a gift for a grandson. We know that he loves it. He mentioned 2 things he would have liked to see information about. %231 he wanted to record and is having a hard time locating blank tapes. %232 is the lack of any "How To" information. There was nothing like an owners manual or even directions to a web site. Luckily his grandma was old enough to have used players like this a lot and could help. The price was good and as always shipping was fast.

Normal cassette player/recorder. easy to use. microphone is low quality though; pick-up nearly nil but overall a good product, gets the job done.

It comes without a cassette tape and a way to plug it in:no usb cable. No batteries. It will take days to find and buy those things. I bought it for my grandkids. For Pennie's those could have been added and we'd have been up and running. I may send it back.

This tape player was used about 10 times at the most. It worked fine for the first couple of months that we used it. Then all of a sudden, we couldn't get any sound out of it. We had conversation with the company who made it (I think it was the company, not Walmart). We finally decided that we would get a replacement. We just got it in the mail a couple of days ago. No sound whatsoever!!!

Used a power cord we already had and the tape player started smoking and made a large popping sound. Something loose you can hear it when it's being shaken. Couldn't even use it for one minute. Horrible wasted of money and time.

No plug came with the player. I put the 4 C batteries it takes to work, I put the cassette tape in and pressed play- absolutely no sound comes out. Even with the volume all the way up. I tried multiple cassettes tapes of music and still no sound comes out of the player. I am highly disappointed. After a couple of minutes of the machine running the bottom of it starts to get warm which I find alarming. I really wouldn't waste your time or money on this.

The only way this recorder will pick up enough sound to hear played back is if you attach the microphone to your shirt. The microphone does not have a stand, only a clip on device. The sound it does pick up has an echo to it. Beware.

The cassette recorder arrived without a power adapter (DC 5V/1A), which was disappointing since I had to buy 4 C batteries to get it running. Playback sound through the headphones wasn't very good, and recording to MP3 was inconsistent — sometimes the record button worked, other times it didn't. The unit does have some nice features, but overall it hasn't met my expectations. I'm considering returning it.
